Delivery & Return Policy

Delivery Policy

Presently we accept orders only for delivery to customers in Barbados. This website is intended to show our customers the products we have on offer.

Delivery will be scheduled.

We offer free delivery, with purchases of orders over $100 in value, island wide, approximately between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., Monday to Friday. However, some Saturday deliveries may be scheduled at the discretion of the company. Delivers will be scheduled with customers for an agreed day and time slot. Next day delivery service is not guaranteed. A delivery fee of $10 will be charged for any order placed under $100 that requires a delivery.

Customers have the option to collect their order from the office in Lower Estate, St. Michael.

Return Policy

Purchases made online can be returned to Brydens Retail Inc’s office in Lower Estate, St. Michael. Online purchases cannot be returned to any of the Brydens Stationery stores. Credits will not be facilitated if:

• retuned after 30 days from original purchase:
• protection covered,
• written in
• defaced or
• damaged.
