Brydens Stationery was first launched in Barbados in 1973 as a department of A.S. Brydens & Sons (Barbados) Ltd., operating from its Victoria Street location in Bridgetown. Brydens Stationery, is now the business operating name for Brydens Retail Inc, a registered company in Barbados and is owned by ANSA McAL (Barbados) Ltd., and E.M.L Investments Inc.
Brydens Stationery is a household name, having served generations of customers with stationery, textbooks, and school supplies.
Although the business no longer operates in Victor Street, it has two stores, one operating from the ground floor of Norman Centre in Bridgetown and the other from Sky Mall, in Haggatt Hall.
